Slovak Wine Guide (2015)

It was compiled by the famous Slovak oenologist and sommelier Vladimír Hronský. In the introductory chapters, he explains how wine is produced and labeled, but also how to taste it properly. In addition to an overview of traditional and new bred grape varieties, it presents current trends in domestic winemaking and advises how to put together a gourmet menu prepared by well-known Slovak chefs with the right wine. The main part of the publication consists of a selection of the best Slovak wines on the market and profiles of over 60 Slovak wineries. The Slovak wine guide published in 2015 is only available in the Slovak language.
