Anthocyanin pigments have started to find their place in the epidermis. The green color changes to shades of red and blue. Everything is in the hands of the weather and the spray against powdery mildew. Its pressure is extraordinary. So, hopefully, everything will turn out well. In the coming days, sugar will begin to accumulate in the berries, and the skins will be able to separate from the pulp and seeds.
