Clear golden-yellow hue, with an oily viscosity. The wine's aroma reveals ripening quince, starfruit, yellow apples, and a refined hint of wood. The rich, dry fruity taste on the palate is enhanced by juicy acidity and held by a charming trace of gooseberries with a touch of citrus zest in crème fraîche. The wine aged in 300-liter Seguin Moreau Fraicheur barrels for 12 months.
