Delivery by Ž&H courier and its contractual partners
We deliver your orders by the Ž&H courier service and its contractual partners. We ship orders immediately the next day after they are created, so delivery usually takes 2 working days. On the day of delivery, the courier will contact you in advance via SMS to specify the delivery time.
Shipping prices vary depending on the country we ship to We currently deliver to the following countries:
Slovakia shipping price: delivery by courier €9 (over €60 free)
Czech Republic shipping price: delivery by courier €12 (over €60 free)

Methods of payment
1. Safe card payment online - Besteron
The security of your payment is paramount to us, that's why we use the verified payment gateway Besteron. The payment is made immediately, that is, after completing the purchase process, we can process the order immediately and ship the goods the next day.
2. Payment on delivery at the courier
Payment to the courier upon receipt of the order. We do not charge any extra for this payment method.
3. Payment in cash or by credit card upon personal pickup at our address
Personal collection of goods is possible at EnoVia s.r.o., Na Zlatej nohe 11, 831 01 Bratislava. Agree on the date of receipt of the goods in advance in the note before sending your order or via e-mail: enovia@enovia.sk
