A straw-yellow wine with an oily viscosity and a rich aroma, in which we find notes of toast, green almond with vanilla and a mineral note of quartz. The taste is refreshing, dry and long on the tongue. It enchants with notes of pears, peaches and lemon peel, wrapped in a noble trace of the Burgundy oak barrel in which the wine matured for 12 months after fermentation.
