A garnet-red wine with a nice viscosity. The spicy aroma and rich taste reflect more of the Ponitria terroir than the variety. It reveals notes of cherries fallen in forest leaves on wet ground with a hint of hibiscus and licorice. The vintage was aged for a year in older 300 l Burgundy barrels and another year after bottling as a Reserva.
